Is Early Breast Check Really That Important?
Wed, 30 Oct 2024Breast tumors are one of the conditions that must be carefully monitored, but they can be treated, especially through medical care and adopting a healthy lifestyle in daily life. Early detection and treatment are key to preventing the spread of breast cancer.
Early detection is crucial to avoid breast tumors. The sooner it is identified, the sooner treatment can begin, increasing the chances of recovery.
The incidence continues to rise among women aged 40-45. However, many reports indicate that breast cancer also occurs in women as young as 18-20 years old.
Several factors influence the occurrence of breast cancer, including age, hormones, family history, and lifestyle.
The WHO states that 30-50% of cancer cases can be prevented by avoiding risk factors and receiving proper care. The burden of cancer care can also be reduced by early cancer screening. Early detection can help slow or prevent the progression and mortality from cancer.
