Do you agree that coffee and millennials are really a "True Bestie"? Let's breakdown, at the office we drink a coffee, going to the coffee shop with friends, and when at home you also drinking coffee... The delicious taste of coffee and the ability to get rid of drowsiness really makes the connoisseurs addicted. Indeed, coffee has health benefits. But most of them are certainly not good for health. Here are some of the dangers of coffee:                                                                                                                               

1. Increases the risk of heart disease: If you consumed excess of coffee, it can make the heart beat faster and irregularly or even cause high blood pressure (hypertension).                                      2. Triggers digestive disorders: stomach acid production can increase if you drink too much

3. Increases the risk of developing osteoporosis: the caffeine content found in coffee can erode calcium in the body, which is the main component of bone formation.                                                  4. Triggers anxiety: Caffeine in coffee is a substance that can trigger nerve and brain activity. This is what makes coffee can dispel drowsiness.                                                                                    5. Disturbing fetal growth and development: high caffeine intake can cause the blood vessels from the placenta to the fetus to narrow. If the blood supply to the fetus is obstructed, the fetus is at risk of experiencing growth and development disorders.
