How to Maintain Reproductive Organ Health?
• Ensure that the genital organs are dry after defecation or urination by gently patting with a soft, dry, and clean tissue or towel. This is to prevent the growth of fungi in the genital area.
• Use underwear made of sweat-absorbent material or cotton.
• Change underwear at least twice a day.
• For females, after urination, it's advisable to clean the genital area from front to back to prevent the transfer of bacteria from the anus to the reproductive organs.
• During menstruation, it's important to change sanitary pads at least every 4 hours.
• For males, circumcision is recommended to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases and reduce the risk of penile cancer.
