Children often dislike vegetables due to their unpleasant taste or their habit of being picky eaters. However, vegetables are crucial for a child's health. So, what can parents do to make their kids love eating vegetables?
Here are some ways parents can encourage their children to enjoy eating vegetables.
Firstly, develop the habit of eating vegetables from an early age. If children are accustomed to eating vegetables, it becomes easier to serve them on their plates. Parents can get creative by creating new menus with vegetables as the main ingredients for their little ones.
