The Annoying Overthinking
Thu, 2 May 2024Hey, #sahabatpramita! Have you ever been caught in an endless spiral of thoughts? I'm sure we've all experienced overthinking. Whether it's worrying about something that hasn't happened yet, or getting stressed out about things that are just products of our own minds.
Overthinking can be a sign of psychological disturbance. Yep, that's right. It not only causes anxiety but can also disrupt our positive vibes and mental health. Overthinking is also known as 'paralysis analysis'. This means thinking too much to the point where we can't find a solution.
Sure, thinking before acting is important. We need to understand the positive and negative consequences of every decision. But if we end up overthinking, it can backfire on us. It can make us emotionally exhausted and even harm our physical health.
Because of overthinking, a lot of valuable time is wasted aimlessly. Just imagine, time that could be spent doing other productive things but instead gets stuck due to negative thoughts. This constant worry and stress aren't good for mental health.
Moreover, excessive overthinking can disturb our physical health too. Trouble sleeping, loss of appetite, digestive issues – it’s all possible with extreme worrying tendencies. It may even raise blood pressure for those with hypertension history.
So what should we do? Keep it simple; learn to control your thoughts better by setting boundaries on when to stop dwelling on negativity.. Remember: you control your mind not vice versa.T ranslate everything into English from "Ide jangan sampai terus-terusan membiarkan diri kamu tenggelam dalam pikiran negatif yang gak berujung.”Believe me Kahitna.M.Cohen doesn’t necessarilythat meeting ends well at 4."Stay Positive Clear Your Mind To Enjoy Life More".
