The solution to all of your skin problems is a healthy diet full of vitamins, minerals, dietary fibers, and antioxidants.
Unfortunately, Ramadan sees an increase in unhealthy eating habits, which can harm the skin.
Here are some tips for maintaining your beauty during Ramadan.
Ramadan is a very special moment for Muslims, spiritually and physically also.

Your eating habits, good, bad or demented will all be revealed by your skin sooner than later. A wholesome diet rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, dietary fibres is the answer to all your skin problems.
But, unfortunately poor eating habits see a rise during Ramadan that can affect the skin.
Here are some ways to stay beautiful during Ramadan
1) Avoid skipping suhoor
There will only be one proper meal in a day if you skip suhoor. Your body needs nutritions badly. This may cause extremely dull skin, the kind that cannot be improved by a simple vitamin C pack. Make sure to eat something at suhoor. Let your metabolism to function properly to display energy on your face.
2) No Soft drinks during iftar
Iftar is your first meal after a long fast. Having carbonated drinks with a high sugar content along with your first meal is basically inviting bloating and ulcers. This also aids in premature ageing and that means emphasising wrinkles.
It's best to stick to water and freshly squeezed lemonade (with less) sugar when breaking fast. The key to good skin is always hydration.

3) Working out before Suhoor
Exercise right after iftar is bad for your body. Our digestive system changes slightly when we fast, so even a little delay before exercise is not enough. Cramps and body ache (which is not the "feel the burn" type of pain) are signs of sudden stress on the body.
It's recommended to work out before suhoor; 20 minutes before your meal, a solid workout will keep you and your skin fresh.
4) Limit your salt intake.
Ramadan fasting entails a restriction on water consumption. Meals with a high salt content retains water and make dry skin issues worse.
Stick to raw foods with high water content and also look for high potassium rather than sodium, like bananas.
