First, caffeine doesn't create addiction. If you stop, symptoms will disappear in a few days.
Second, caffeine doesn't increase the risk of heart disease or cholesterol. In fact, it can help prevent cancer and has antioxidants.
Third, don't believe myths about osteoporosis. Caffeine doesn't affect bone density.
Fourth, pregnant women can consume moderate amounts of caffeine. But high doses are not recommended.
Lastly, caffeine does keep us awake and focused. But use it wisely, don't overdo it.
