Myth/Fact: Napping Affects Night Sleep

Napping is actually healthy. Even if it's for a while, your body will feel more refreshed after waking up from a nap. But is it true that when taking a nap can affect the quality of our night sleep? Is this just a myth or is it fact?

A 2011 study confirmed that the quality of a night's sleep doesn't always have to be compromised by napping habits. In fact, the body becomes more fit because the total rest time is longer.
