Millennials and Cholesterol

Along with a modern urban lifestyle, many young people also known as a Millennial experience high cholesterol levels. How come? Many millennials that consume foods with high cholesterol and saturated fat. Another habit that may increase cholesterol levels, is less exercising and smoking.

Many millennials with abnormal cholesterol levels (referred to as dyslipidaemia) are disruption of increasing or decreasing fat components in the blood. Cholesterol that can experience an increase is total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides, while those who can decrease are HDL cholesterol.

How do you handle it? Don't be confused, just start a healthy lifestyle, do 150 minutes workout regularly, a low-fat diet, stop smoking, avoid stress, enough sleep, and if necessary request anti-cholesterol drugs from statins or fibrats depend on the types of cholesterol.
