Generally, mental illness is experienced by adults, but nowadays, mental disorders are more common in the younger generation, or so-called millennials.
of course, there are many things that cause this condition, such as frequent experiences of unpleasant events that lead to trauma, both in the environment and in the family.

This unresolved issues builds up and causes stress. Unfortunately, not many parents realize that their child has a mental breakdown. In fact, the symptoms are easily recognizable, such as moods that tend to change in a relatively short time, irritability and emotionally, to show unpleasant behavior. One form of mental illness is eating disorder, eating disorder is not just a physical problem. Bulimia, anorexia and the tendency to overeat are three types of eating disorders that often attack teenagers and the millennial generation.

Often, this condition is motivated by high levels of stress in children, and they compensate it by overeating to find calmness, in this case it is also exacerbated by Mukbang.

Mukbang is the phenomenon of recording a person eating a large amount of food through online video platform. This trend originated in South Korea  around 2014 and then became a global trend, in the case of bulimia, food that has been eaten is regurgitated, so that over time the body loses weight.

As parents, fathers and mothers must recognize the symptoms early, so that treatment and treatment can be given. Do not hesitate to bring a child with therapy, because this helps reduce the negative impact that may occur.
