How Much Sleep Do We Need?

According to recommendations from the National Sleep Foundation, healthy adults should get between 7 and 9 jam of sleep every night. 


To support their growth and development, babies, young children, and teenagers require significantly more sleep. A first step is to be aware of the general suggestions for how much sleep you require. 


Optimal Sleep Jam for Each Age Group

There are nine age categories with recommended bedtimes. The recommendations give a healthy person's suggested range of sleep durations in the night for each group.
