Nowadays, many women focus on careers but sometimes forget about health. High mobility to work that has a high level of demands can make women have a higher risk of heart disease
and stroke.

Health experts say that women who work have a high risk of experiencing a decline in their immune system and are exposed to stress given the heavy demands of the work they have to do.
