In 2023, PRAMITA Lab won an award at the Wow Brand Festive 2023 event which was initiated by MarkPlus Inc.
The WOW Brand 2023 winners were determined based on a survey using the MarkPlus WOW Marketing concept of 30,000 respondents to measure the BAR (Brand Advocacy Ratio) - the ratio between the level of advocacy and the level of awareness. There are 5 aspects to the research that refer to 5A (Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act and Advocate).
PRAMITA Lab will continue to re-brand continuously in an increasingly competitive era to increase customer trust and advocacy.
