In the month of Ramadan 2023, the PRAMITA Clinical Laboratory Bandung & Cimahi Branch participated in the Pre - Post Program 15 Days Challenge Ramadan Workout Freeletics Bandung, at 2 different locations: March 25 2023 at Sulandchester Coffee & April 15 2023 at Four C'S Bandung.

The activity was attended by more than 80 FreeAthlete participants. On this occasion, PRAMITA Lab provided health education "The Importance of Maintaining Health in the Fasting Month", followed by measuring BMI (Body Mass Index), body fat & visceral fat before - after the program was implemented with the aim of achieving body goals during the month of Ramadan
