PRAMITA Wins the Service Quality Award 2024 Again

PT. PRAMITA has once again won the Service Quality Award 2024 in the Clinical Laboratory category, presented by Carre and Marketing Magazine, held at Sky Ayana, Jimbaran, Bali on August 7, 2024.

The Service Quality Award 2024 was received by Mr. Muhammad Zaid Hilmy, BA (Hons)., M.Sc., Director of PT. PRAMITA.

The evaluation for the SQA 2024 was based on the Survey Quality Index (SQI) in four cities: Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, and Medan, conducted by the Carre Service Quality Monitoring team.

This accolade is hoped to continuously inspire the stakeholders and all employees of PRAMITA to maintain the highest quality of service for the community.
