PRAMITA Main Medical Laboratory and Clinic, Medan Branch, at the end of February 2024, actively contributed to the K3 Seminar & Workshop with the theme "Improving K3 Quality to Support Workforce Protection and Productivity Efforts" which was attended by representatives from one hundred companies spread across the city Medan.

This event was opened by Mr. Dr. Muzakir, M.K.M (Head of the Medan K3 Center), continued by dr. Lusi Sandra Hutahaean Sp.OK raised the theme Recognizing Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace, Impact and Mitigation, and the 3rd speaker was Mr. Hotman Ferry Siallagan, ST with material on the Role of Safety Leadership in Shaping K3 Culture in the Workplace and several other speakers.
