On November 1, 2024, PRAMITA Palembang Branch conducted a health education and awareness session on *Diabetes Mellitus* during the Maitreyawira Family Event (AKM), organized by Maitreyawira School Palembang.  

The event took place in the Sukacita Hall and was attended by nearly 200 participants, including teachers and staff from various educational levels, ranging from kindergarten to high school.  

The health education session received a positive response from the attendees. Several teachers and staff actively asked questions about diabetes, making the atmosphere more interactive and informative. On this occasion, PRAMITA also offered free blood sugar tests and distributed discount vouchers for medical check-ups in celebration of National Health Day 2024.  

PRAMITA’s participation in this event represents a concrete step towards improving public health through education, fostering synergy with the education sector, and providing convenient access to regular health check-ups through special promotional offers for National Health Day.
