Prolanis, or the Chronic Disease Management Program, is an initiative by BPJS Kesehatan aimed at improving the quality of life for those with chronic illnesses. This integrated activity requires solid cooperation between BPJS Kesehatan, healthcare facilities, and patients.

PRAMITA Lab Manado branch, as a partner in BPJS Kesehatan Manado's laboratory referral examinations, facilitates the Prolanis activities led by private practice doctors (DPP). It also provides laboratory services supported by BPJS Kesehatan, in collaboration with Dr. Judy F. Sengkey, M.Kes. All members of the Prolanis club participate in socialization events, heart-healthy exercise, and a biannual check-up program at the PRAMITA Manado clinic laboratory.
