PT PRAMITA Wins Service Quality Awards 2025
Wed, 3 Sep 2025PT PRAMITA once again achieved success by winning the 2025 Service Quality Awards (SQA) in the Clinical Laboratory category, organized by Carre and Marketing Magazine. The 2025 Service Quality Awards ceremony, held as part of an event titled "Think Customer Evening - SQ Awards 2025," took place at Hutan Kota by Plataran, Senayan, South Jakarta, on August 26, 2025.
The Service Quality Awards are prestigious awards given to companies that demonstrate the best service quality to customers, based on research and measurements based on the Service Quality Index (SQI) conducted by Carre and Marketing Magazine. The award was presented by Ms. Yuliana Agung, MBA, Chairwoman of the Next Gen Frontier Group of Companies & CX Expert, and accepted by Mr. Ismed Rochaidi, S.E., M.Kes., Marketing Director of PT PRAMITA.
This achievement demonstrates PRAMITA's consistency in providing modern, accurate, and reliable laboratory services.
