Good quality does not just come, but can only be produced by a system that is implemented properly and has become a culture. As a modern clinical laboratory, PRAMITA views that the quality achievement target pursued through a quality culture is to provide maximum products and services so as to achieve customer satisfaction.
Therefore, to achieve this target requires attention in all aspects in detail. For monitoring, periodic audits will be carried out. PRAMITA always conducts quality audits both internally and externally aimed at ensuring/guaranteeing that the quality standards that have been set can be maintained at all times. The audit was carried out by an independent party referring to ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards, the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management standard, the ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management standard, and the provisions stipulated by the Indonesian Ministry of Health, so that it is guaranteed to be able to provide an objective assessment. In addition to quality control and quality audit activities, PRAMITA always performs self-measurements against the international laboratory community through the International Quality Performance program.
As a manifestation of commitment, PRAMITA always applies management system policies in all aspects such as quality policies, environmental policies and occupational health & safety management system policies in a sustainable manner which are implemented by all levels of management and staff.
So far, PRAMITA's position has always been at a very good level in all parameters being compared.
