Managerial Training and Education West Java, Central Java & D.I. Yogyakarta Region

As part of its commitment to enhancing leadership and management quality, PT PRAMITA held a Managerial Training and Education program on February 8-9, 2025, in two regions: Central Java & the Special Region of Yogyakarta, as well as West Java.

On February 8-9, 2025, PRAMITA West Java Region, consisting of branches in Bandung, Cimahi, Tasikmalaya, and Cirebon, conducted the Managerial Training and Education at Wisata Pasir Gibug, Kuningan, West Java. This event was attended by all branch heads and managerial staff of PRAMITA West Java Region.

The training and education featured the following speakers:

  • Mr. Harianto, S.Si – PRAMITA Operational Director & Leadership Trainer
  • Ms. Neneng Tuti S, S.Si., MMRS – Regional Leader of PRAMITA Bandung-Cimahi, Communication Techniques Trainer
  • Ms. Dinie Astuti, S.KM – Head of PRAMITA Cimahi Branch, Customer Service Excellence Trainer

On the same date, February 9, 2025, the Managerial Training and Education for PRAMITA Central Java & Special Region of Yogyakarta was held at Hall, 4th Floor, PRAMITA Kompol Maksum Branch, Semarang, with the following speakers:

  • Mr. M. Z. Hilmy, BA (Hons), M.Sc. – Vice President of Promotion & Business Communication, PT PRAMITA
  • Mr. Ismed Rochaedi, SE., M.Kes – General HR Director, PT PRAMITA, and Branch Heads from Central Java & Special Region of Yogyakarta

This event was designed to enhance communication skills, improve work effectiveness, and strengthen commitment to excellent service.

With this training, PRAMITA’s managerial team is expected to create a more productive work environment for all customers in their respective regions.
