In celebration of the 2026 National Occupational Health and Safety Month, PRAMITA Semarang Branch held a Health Seminar with the theme "Recognizing and Managing Non-Communicable Diseases and Mental Health" for employees of PT Indofood Fortuna Makmur Semarang.
The material covered non-communicable diseases that frequently occur in the workplace, their risk factors, prevention strategies, and the role of mental health in occupational safety and health.
The session was interactive through presentations and discussions, encouraging participants to understand practical steps for maintaining fitness and productivity.
This education is expected to strengthen employee awareness of the importance of early detection and sustainable health management in the workplace.
