On July 4th and 5th, 2026, the PRAMITA branches in Medan, Surabaya, Lampung, Denpasar, Makassar, Palembang, Semarang, and Pekanbaru simultaneously attended and supported the HiLo Strong Fest 2026 Fight Sarcopenia series of events. This event provides education on a healthy lifestyle through exercise to prevent early muscle loss.
At this lively event, which featured group exercise, PRAMITA opened a booth offering body composition monitoring (BCA) services, basic health checks, health education and screenings, consultations, and relevant supporting examination information for participants and the sports community.
The high level of enthusiasm across the city demonstrates growing public awareness of the importance of fitness, early detection, and early health screenings.
