Customer Engagement Program

As part of its effort to deliver a more meaningful shopping experience, Passion Jewelry Cirebon held a Customer Engagement Program in collaboration with PRAMITA Cirebon Branch as its healthcare service partner. The event took place at CSB Mall and was specially designed for Passion Jewelry’s priority customers.

During the event, PRAMITA provided Mini Medical Check-Up services, free blood pressure checks, and hosted an informational booth about its clinical laboratory services. In addition, visitors received discount vouchers for health tests as a promotional effort to raise awareness about the importance of early detection in maintaining good health.

This collaboration marks a synergistic step toward reaching more segments of the community through a personal and practical approach.
